WHO WE ARE

HHFC aspires to be an outstanding Community based Football Club providing a high-quality experience for all its members. Our vison is to be recognised as a Centre of Coaching Excellence where all our Players are afforded quality participation opportunities, with every Coach, Official and Player striving toward excellence according to their desires and ability. We will continue to promote both grassroots football and personal excellence for each Athlete and a lifelong love of the game in a caring, respectful and supportive environment. At HHFC we believe Association Football is more than just a game, it is a life experience.

The story starts in 2010 with Hartstown Utd and Huntstown Villa who were running from 1980 & 1991 respectively exploring the feasibility of merging both Clubs as the number of teams they both were running had dwindled to an all time low. The first project the Clubs embarked on was The 2010 Community Mini-Leagues in the grounds of Hartstown Huntstown Community School and were overwhelmed with the level of interest in participation in this event. Over 350 young people played that weekend and the atmosphere generated by both parents and young people will never be forgotten. May 2011 saw the Official launch of Hartstown Huntstown Football Club (HHFC). A whole weekend of Charity events in aid of the Club & Irish Autism Action were organised to mark this momentous occasion. The Highlight of the Weekend was a Charity Match against the John Aldridge Legends XI in Dalymount Park followed by a Gala Dinner in the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown. We started the 2011/2012 Season with approx 200 registered Club Players & 45 Voluntary Managers, Coaches and Committee Members. Our Teams included U8's, U9's, U10's, U11's, U12's, U13's, U14's, U15's, U18's, an U17's Girls and a Senior Team altogether we had 18 Teams. We presently have over 450 registered Club Players & approx 60 Voluntary Managers, Coaches and Committee Members. We now have a Nursery & Academy, Teams in every age group from U8's to U18's, 2 Senior Teams and an Over 35's Team and we are still growing. We are proudly the first ever club in Ireland to implement the Ajax Online Academy Learning Tracks System into the clubs coaching structure. The Club also boasts excellent facilities in Hartstown Park with a FIFA approved Full size All Weather Pitch & a complex which includes 2 Home & 2 Away Team Changing Rooms Including toilet and shower facilities and a shop serving Tea, Coffee & Snacks on match days.
